FEEDBACK & NEXT COURSE OF ACTION

Week 1: Work on the empathy map

Week 2: Try to create a brand guideline for the brand itself. Send out interview questions asap

Week 3: Reword certain things on slides and be more detailed on the target audience. Discuss with group members.

Week 4: Feedback from G1FT: The presentation is almost accurate. Housewives don't have a hectic lifestyle. They are tied down to their responsibilities and feel limited to trying new things. Behaviour is mostly depressed and lonely when financially unstable. More to introvert and feels unrespected that why they keep silent unless you engage in conversation first. Not that familiar with technologies. Add limited job opportunities as a frustration. Add worry and trust about the salary as one of the pain points. Customers are more likely to buy something related to Sabahan culture and motives. Prioritise B2B as the main target audience.

Feedback from Farm Tokou: The problem statement and target audience are accurate. Prioritise B2B as the target audience as they are a supplier. But still, gain trust from the consumer. Prioritise branding awareness and mentions sustainability.

Week 5: Ooze: Need to think of the digital content that we will be creating, needs to be specific to the activity and the brand. Clarify what you're producing for. Be realistic about the workload and time constraints. Think abt angle: brand awareness or advertising

GIFT: Leverage on the UNSDG. Unique selling point:  Sabahan fashion culture. Set limitations on the branding with Zee.

Farm Tokou: The target market is accurate. Branding is hard and time-consuming. Set a limitation on how much branding u need to do: Logo, colours, typeface & sticker

REFLECTION

EXPERIENCE- Week 1: Meeting the enterprises was exciting yet nerve-wracking as these are real clients, not just assigned assignments. Another thing I'm nervous about is the extra challenge of handling 3 projects at the same time with a short due date. However, ms Lilian briefed us on what to expect this semester so I have a sense of mental preparation for the challenges I'll face. Week 2: We discussed questionnaires with the group and picked out which ones worked best and which ones didn't. Week 3: This week we discussed and assigned each other tasks and we all contributed our own part. Week 4: We finalised our discussions and had meetings with everyone in order to prepare for our first presentation with the enterprises.

OBSERVATION- Week 1: Working in groups of new people I've never met before can be a little scary but from first impressions, I think my group and I will work well together.  Week 2: Things seemed to start a little slow at first among the group Week 3: This week was a little more fast-paced and we communicated more often than last week which kept us productive all week. Week 4: My groupmates were really supportive when it comes to helping each other when one of us is stuck.

FINDINGS- Week 1: I found that because this is my 3rd class with ms Lilian, i am less nervous about what to expect in her class. Hopefully, i will do much better in this class compared to our previous classes together. Week 2: I found that we're still trying to get comfortable with each other in the group. Week 3: I found that after assigning tasks the workflow becomes much smoother and faster since everyone has their own responsibilities to meet. Week 4: I was nervous for our first presentation but confident with what we had to show nonetheless.
